The home presented looks Southern, or at least very American, with those tall fluted pillars, the welcoming white wooden bench, and the tall multi-paned windows with evergreen shutters.

I guess the drills are necessary. We have drills in various cities in the U.S., also, but normally for fires or for disasters that are natural occurrences.
