Books, books and more books fill my book shelves, table tops and night stands. So many books, so little time! What’s a bibliophile to do?!
I have more books to add to my stack of books to read:
If You Awaken Love, by Emuna Elon
Laish: A Novel, by Aharon Appelfeld
Emma Lazarus, by Esther Schor
(I do not own these two, but have checked them out of the library):
Someone to Run With, by David Grossman
The Town Beyond the Wall, by Elie Wiesel
I am about to go out and have some breakfast, and go to the local used book store. I hope everyone has, or is having, a nice day!

I read three at once, but can take forever to finish them. If I had to take on your responsibility, it would get ugly.

An Aharon Appelfeld book that I haven’t read: look forward to your review. One of my all time favorite authors.
And Emma Lazarus is a fascinating historical character.

Thank you, Leora. One of my favorite authors, too.

To change the subject – was the photo taken in England? It has that feel about it (although I could of course be wrong!).

Rachel: This time the photo wasn’t taken in England, but locally where I live, surrounded by farms and ranches.
