A Travel Guide to Jewish Europe, by Ben G. Frank is an excellent resource. The book is more than a travel guide, as it also contains historical information relating to the sights and the cities in the twenty countries that Frank wrote about in the book.
From Kosher restaurants, Jewish quarters, Synagogues, memorials, cemeteries, Holocaust-related sites, photographs, and museums, the book holds a wealth of information for the traveler who is planning a trip that will incorporate points of interest in Jewish Europe. Frank’s own personal travels and research has become important and beneficial to all of us.
I personally own A Travel Guide to Jewish Europe, and have read it. I hope to use some of its content on an upcoming trip I will be taking. The photograph was taken by me.
